The Jackets are a dynamic garage rock and roll trio based in Switzerland, led by founding members Jackie Brutsche (AKA Jack Torera on vocals and guitar) and Chris Rosales (drums). The band's music is a unique blend of their personalities and desire for self-expression. Stripping rock and roll down to its core, they create an authentic and refreshing sound that captures the simplicity and honesty of the genre. Tracks like "Wasting My Time," "Keep Yourself Alive," and "Freak Out" have become anthems for modern times, while maintaining the spirit and roots of garage punk. Blending punk and psychedelic influences from the '60s, their music that compels your body to move and lyrics to engage your mind.
Since 2008, The Jackets have brought their high energy live performances to stages throughout Europe playing at some of the most well-known festivals in the genre (Funtastic Dracula Carnival, Cosmic Trip Festival, Purple Weekend, Euro Ye Ye, Hipsville, Festival Beat) and America where they have toured the East and West coast of the USA several times including tours in Canada, Mexico and Japan!

Over the years, they’ve built a large and loyal fan base worldwide. The band has released five full-length albums and three vinyl 7” singles collaborating with labels such as Voodoo Rhythm Records (Switzerland), Chaputa! Records (Portugal), and Soundflat Records (Germany). Along the way, they’ve worked with influential musicians and producers like Reverend Beat-Man (The Monsters/Voodoo Rhythm), King Khan (The Shrines/KK & BBQ), and Jim Diamond (White Stripes/Dirtbombs). In 2021, The Jackets took their creative vision a step further by founding their own independent label, Wild Noise Records.
